We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location in the heart of the old town was perfect, great to easily explore the cobbled streets and charming restaurants. It was also very close to the city center and within walking distance of all the public transportation options. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with directions, tours, and restaurant suggestions. The breakfast provided was delicious, with meats, cereals, and continental options. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the wine cellar and rooftop patio.

We had a fantastic location right in the heart of the historic Old Town. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast offered a good start to our day. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.

Great central location near transportation, restaurants, and lake. Quirky and charming hotel with clean, white-themed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English. Enjoyed delicious breakfast with traditional Swiss options. Affordable compared to other central hotels. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time staying in the heart of the old town. The hotel was located in a beautiful traditional square, which added to the charm of our stay. Our room had a great view overlooking the square. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful.
The paintwork in some areas of the hotel was a little tired.
